Shipping

We ship worldwide. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. This timeframe may vary slightly during peak periods. Once dispatched, all domestic and international orders will receive a tracking number.

Lunabelle is not responsible for parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.

Authority to Leave

To ensure quick and convenient delivery, orders may be delivered without signature at the shipping address provided. If you prefer your parcel not to be left unattended, please leave a note in the comments section at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $220. For orders under $220, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–6 business days from the day of dispatch.

Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Delivery times vary based on the courier and destination.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via express courier services. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Exact rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are shipped once they arrive at our warehouse. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page.

If you purchase a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, your order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you require separate shipments, additional shipping costs may apply.
