Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Lunabelle wants you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for store credit, subject to the conditions below.

  • Please email support@lunabellekids.com with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and your return request. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
  • All returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. Approved returns will be issued as store credit and sent via email.
  • Lunabelle does not refund international duties, taxes, or customs fees for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) or Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All international returns must be clearly marked as “returned goods” to avoid additional duties or taxes.

Return shipping costs for change of mind, incorrect selection, or size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused or not collected after a delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any applicable import fees, and the cost of returning the parcel to us. These amounts may be deducted from the issued store credit.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

PRE-ORDER RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch by contacting us at support@lunabellekids.com. A store credit (valid for 12 months) will be issued for approved pre-order cancellations. Once a pre-order item has been dispatched, the standard returns policy applies.
